Our Methodology

Creating a Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) is not about creating a voluminous document that nobody reads. It is the preparatory work that you do in a calm, "normal" environment, rather than trying to gather information in the middle of a panic. Picanol's consultants will work with your IT staff to collect as much information as possible about the operating environment, applications, hardware, and services. At this point, it will be determined what services are most critical to the daily operations of the corporation. Well-defined teams will be assigned to handle various aspects of the recovery. Roles and responsibilities of each team member will be clearly defined.
